We want to ensure that every visit to Essential Skin & Body is enjoyable and comfortable. We ask for your consideration in the following areas.
new clients
For all new clients to we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a consultation form. This will assist your therapist to understand your needs, concerns and the outcomes you are looking for in your treatment.
running late.....
It would be appreciated if you could call or text us to let us know you will be late. If you do arrive late, your treatment may need to be adjusted due to time constraints and to not inconvenience subsequent appointments.
cancellation policy
We understand that there are times when your schedule changes, and we would kindly request that you provide us with 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule.
If you are unable to attend and provide us with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a 25% cancellation fee to cover our costs. |
