Salon Etiquette

We want to ensure that every visit to Essential Skin & Body is enjoyable and comfortable.  We ask for your consideration in the following areas.

  

New Clients

If you are a new client to we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a consultation form.  This will assist your therapist to understand your needs, concerns and the outcomes you are looking for in your treatment.

  

Existing Clients

We ask that you arrive a couple of minutes early to allow time to change if required prior to your treatment commencing.

  

Running late for your appointment  

It would be appreciated if you could call us to let us know you will be late.  If you do arrive late, your treatment may need to be adjusted to accommodate the next client.

  

Cancellation Policy  

We understand that there are times when your schedule changes, and we would kindly request that you provide us with 24 hours notice of a cancellation. 

 
If your appointment is for one hour or longer or is $150.00 or more, we require a credit card number to secure your booking.  If you subsequently are unable to attend and provide us with less than 12 hours notice, you could be charged a 25% cancellation fee to cover our costs.
